At Tier 1 K9, 

we certify -

for 

"qualified individuals only"

-psychiatric service dogs.

Psychiatric service dogs 

are 

throughly 

tested, 

evaluated 

and 

vetted

for their 

behaviors 

and 

service 

as a 

psychiatric service dog 

for

"qualified individuals".

To be a 

"qualified individual" 

eligible 

for a 

psychiatric service dog 

an individual 

must be 

diagnosed 

by a qualified,certified and licensed 

psychologist 

or psychiatrist 

to be eligible 

for and benefit from

a psychiatric service dog.

There are several steps 

to the process 

of acquiring 

a psychiatric service dog

but a letter 

from a 

psychologist or psychiatrist 

with a diagnosis 

and 

prescription 

of a 

psychatric service dog 

is 

REQUIRED 

and 

MANDATORY.
