Charles has been heavily involved with animal rescue, education and advocacy of dogs, cats and animal rescue for over a decade. 

Charles has 4 certified therapy dogs that he visits schools, nursing homes, hospitals and other locations. 

As a veteran, Charles has a deep passion and concern for the welfare of veterans and started therapy dog programs at the VA Hospitals in Manhattan and Brooklyn. 

Since starting the VA Therapy Dog Programs, therapy dogs have made thousands of visits to veterans.
